Shipping & Returns


We utilize USPS as our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. You will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number when your order is shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 72 hours of purchasing, please send an email to Once your tracking number has been received, please allow 3-5 business days for standard shipping.

Please be mindful that orders placed on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday.

If your order has been shipped and you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order, please contact USPS for further information. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your packages will arrive on the listed date once the package is in the possession of USPS. It is the responsibility of USPS to ensure that your package is delivered at the listed delivery date.


Unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned within 7 days of your order delivery date. Priority Label does NOT offer refunds; however, we will offer a store credit that you can use towards a future purchase.

Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels. It is the customer’s responsibility to return unworn items to the return address listed on the original label.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged, we reserve the right to deny your return. 

Once we've determined your item is in good condition, you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and finalized.
